Golden Phoenix and Avanti Group Partner with A1 Consulting to Drive Digital Transformation with Odoo ERP

HCMC, Vietnam – July 26, 2024 – Golden Phoenix, the exclusive distributor of prestigious brands like Habano and Diageo, and Avanti Group, a leading operator of Habano stores in Vietnam, have joined forces with A1 Consulting to implement Odoo ERP. This strategic partnership marks a significant milestone in both companies' journeys towards digital transformation, aiming to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Golden Phoenix (GPH) is the exclusive distributor of 27 Habano cigar brands and all Diageo liquor brands. Both companies are leading names in the whisky, cigar, and tobacco industry. Golden Phoenix's mission is to introduce the art of fine spirits and premium handcrafted cigars to discerning customers through their specialized stores in Vietnam.

Meanwhile, Avanti-Group (Avanti) operates all Habano stores in the Vietnamese market.

Throughout their operations, GPH and Avanti realized that the lack of a centralized information management system for critical activities such as purchasing, sales, and inventory management had hindered their operations. In particular, the inability to generate real-time reports limited the company's ability to make quick and accurate decisions. These challenges drove GPH and Avanti to embark on a comprehensive digital transformation journey.
